Mad Zeonk is a non-player character which can be found in Lumbridge and Edgeville. He offers various services to players:
- Teleport me to Wilderness (GIVES SKULL)
- Teleport me to Deathmatch Arena
- I want a PKing cape
- Exchange control points
- I'd like to buy quest items
- Can you reset my K/D
- Exchange my hotspot tokens
Teleportation[]
Mad Zeonks offers teleports to the Deathmatch arena and any of the wilderness obelisks. This skulls the player. Wilderness obelisks also have a 10 second cooldown before they can be used to teleport to other obelisks. The locations are:
- Level 10 - Castle, Southeast of
- Level 13 - Castle Courtyard
- Level 18 - Graveyard, East of
- Level 23 - Graveyard, North-west of
- Level 24 - East Wildy
- Level 37 - Lava Maze
- Level 27 - West Wildy
- Level 30 - Deadly Red Spider Ruins
- Level 43 - Ice Mountain
- Level 44 - Red Dragon Isle
- Level 50 - East Wildy (Always P2P)
- Level 52 - Axe Hut (Always P2P)
PK Cape[]
Players can talk to Zeonk to access his cape store.
Functionality[]
Players can use super potions on the PK Cape store them in the cape. When you later "Activate" the cape, a dose of all pots is applied at once (works for both F2P and P2P potions).

The PK Cape has a +5 armor and +2 prayer bonus.

PK Capes require 500 confirmed wilderness player kills to purchase, and cost 500k.
Colored PK capes require 500 skulled kills, and also cost 500k.
Control points[]
Control points are obtained by holding control over the Wilderness hotspot, at a rate of 1 token per minute, and can be exchanged at Zeonk for item rewards.
