The Asgarnia Ice Dungeon expansion is a Slayer dungeon that can be found attached to the ice dungeon itself. It contains various Ice-themed NPCs, and is one of two locations where players can find Ice Golems (The other being in High level P2P Wilderness).

The Asgarnia Ice Dungeon can be reached via:
- Slayer Amulet (Teleport 1: Asgarnia Ice Dungeon)
- The ladder on Thurgo's peninsula, south of Falador and Port Sarim, south-east of Rimmington.

- Ice Spiders (Level-64)
- Ice Giants (Level-68)
