Cave Trolls are Slayer monsters that can be found in the Varrock Sewer expansion
They are level 51 combat and require level 40 Slayer to kill.
In order to bait Cave Trolls, players need to drop Troll Bait in the designated (empty) cage in Varrock Sewers, after which a troll will appear nearby for 30 seconds.
